The IT Helpdesk Support is primarily responsible in providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Respond to email messages for customers seeking help. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.



  • Receive reported issues / queries / requests through call and email.
  • Perform initial problem determination and resolution.
  • Record and track incident tickets and service requests until closure.
  • Validate entitlement of service via ITSR.
  • Coordinate reported issues to resolution owners.
  • Monitor open tickets and make follow up.



  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • With at least 1 year IT-related work experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Open for a Project-Based employment
