The Technical Support is primarily responsible in providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will be responsible for maintenance of hardware and software.
- Handle the repairs and replacement of hardware in the assigned department.
- Handle the repairs, re-installation, and upgrades of all software application.
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- With at least 1-year IT-related work experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Open for a Project-Based employment
- Knowledge in setting up and troubleshooting Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Technical knowledge of computer hardware build and setup
- Experience with Computer deployment
- Able to work on a shifting schedule and on weekends when necessary
- Knowledge in managing enterprise network devices is a plus
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Excellent Communication Skills
