The Technical Support is primarily responsible in providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. 



  • Will be responsible for maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Handle the repairs and replacement of hardware in the assigned department.
  • Handle the repairs, re-installation, and upgrades of all software application.



  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • With at least 1-year IT-related work experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Open for a Project-Based employment
  • Knowledge in setting up and troubleshooting Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Technical knowledge of computer hardware build and setup
  • Experience with Computer deployment
  • Able to work on a shifting schedule and on weekends when necessary
  • Knowledge in managing enterprise network devices is a plus
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication Skills
