PASAY CITY—In celebration of SME Week 2017, the Philippine Trade Training Center (PTTC) offered free seminars to MSMEs and students last July 18 and 19, 2017 at DTI-PTTC, Pasay City, covering various topics from product development to e-commerce. In line with DTI and PTTC’s goal to empower MSMEs, the UREKA Forum joined the event and held a mini-forum and mini-circuit, much like the ones that took place for the past legs of the convention.
For the fifth time, AMTI has supported UnionBank in its goal to advocate business innovation through e-commerce by joining the UREKA Forum as a consortium partner. Aside from the exhibitor’s booth mounted to feature the end-to-end technology solutions offered by the company, AMTI was also one of the keynote speakers during the mini-forum.
Mr. Josefino “Bong” Paloma, AMTI’s SVP and General Manager for ICT Solutions, shared his insights on leveraging technology for e-commerce, with his presentation entitled Digital Transformation: Leveling the Playing Field for MSMEs.
The UREKA Forum serves as a platform for economic empowerment. With the help of the consortium partners like AMTI, local entrepreneurs can now bring their businesses to the next level with customized solutions in a digital environment.
