CATEGORY: OPERATIONS

The Sr. Training & OD Specialist is primarily responsible for identifying employees' training and OD needs and researching, developing, and managing training and OD programs.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• At least 3- 5 Year(s) of working experience in Training is an advantage.
• Candidate must be flexible and good at multitasking.
• Candidate must be willing to work in ALVA Building C. Raymundo, Pasig City.

What will you do?

• Manages and undertakes training and OD programs.
• Arranges/organizes special sessions as may be needed.
• Monitors and assists in the technical trainings and certifications of engineers and sales.
• Conducts related researches as may be needed.
• Makes the necessary coordination with the heads and other employees.
