The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for ensuring the design, quantity take-off and compliance of projects from planning to completion. This includes assessing project complexity, managing costing, and overseeing project implementation with value engineering and control. The role ensures proper documentation, preparation of design and drawings needed on the project requirement maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction. PE/QS ensures adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), company policies, and regulatory mandates, and participates in ongoing training and certification to maintain professional standards.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering .
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Construction- (Quantity Surveying)
• Candidate must have background in project estimation and control cost for general building construction.
• Candidate must have experience in HVAC, CCU and FPS.
• Candidate must be willing to do field works.
• Candidate must be willing to work in ALVA Bldg. C. Raymundo Ave. Pasig City.

What will you do?

• Assess the number and complexity of projects, ensuring design and accurate costing thorough project planning to completion to meet quality standards.
• Oversee project implementation, including value engineering, control, and reporting, to ensure adherence to quality and performance metrics.
• Manage final acceptance processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth site handover to clients.
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance, focusing on customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with project service level agreements (SLAs), company policies, and regulatory mandates.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance skills and ensure professional qualifications are up to date.
• The candidate must have a background in designing, sizing and implementing projects.
