This position involves overseeing and guiding a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any course.
• At least 3- 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Candidate must be goal-oriented and can work under minimum supervision.
• Candidate must have experience in dealing with or managing corporate accounts and proven track record in leading a team and achieving performance targets.
• Our office is located at ALVA Building, C. Raymundo Pasig City.

Key duties and responsibilities:

1. Team Management: Supervising and supporting the sales team, providing training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
2. Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve business goals.
3. Target Setting: Setting sales targets and goals for the team, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed.
4. Performance Monitoring: Tracking sales performance metrics, analyzing data, and reporting on team performance to senior management.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
6. Sales Process Improvement: Continuously seeking ways to improve the sales process, tools, and techniques to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
