CATEGORY: OPERATIONS

The Training & OD Associate is primarily responsible for identifying employees' training and OD needs and researching, developing, and managing training and OD programs.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills will be considered.
• Solid 2 years of experience in training; experience on Organizational Development is an advantage.
• Candidate must be flexible/ adaptable.
• Candidate must be willing to work in ALVA Building C. Raymundo, Pasig City.

What will you do?

• Manages and undertakes training and OD programs.
• Arranges/organizes special sessions as may be needed.
• Monitors and assists in the technical trainings and certifications of engineers and sales.
• Conducts related researches as may be needed.
• Makes the necessary coordination with the heads and other employees.
