We are looking for Bid Admin Associate who will be primarily responsible for preparing, completing and processing the eligible documents for government bidding and supplier’s accreditation of the company’s Government business unit.

 

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), IT (Hardware) or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must be detail oriented and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in ALVA Business Centre. Pasig City.

 

What will you do?

-Provides all necessary documents for bidding and accreditation such as Business/Corporate Permits, Licenses, Secretary's Certificate, and others as may be advised by the concerned Account Manager(s) and/or BU Head.

-Coordinates with the concerned departments for the above-mentioned documents.

-Arranges for notarization of the necessary documents.

-Consolidates/organizes/packages all the bidding/accreditation documents and checks if all these are complete per client’s requirements/checklist/deadline.

-Advises immediately the concerned Account Manager/BU Head if any concern or problem in securing the necessary documents.

-Seeks signing/approval of all the necessary documents.

-Observes SOP/protocols in proper documentation of all needed coordination and requests, cc concerned Account Manager and Heads.

-Liable for the safeguarding, security and confidentiality under his / her care of all bidding/accreditation documents.

-Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
