The BRAND COMMUNICATIONS SUPERVISOR is responsible for developing and writing all branded content to ensure a consistent and compelling company image. This role oversees messaging across platforms—such as websites, social media, and marketing materials—aligning tone and voice with the brand’s identity. Working closely with internal teams, the supervisor supports campaigns, events, and audience engagement through clear and creative communication.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of solid experience in brand communications, content creation, or a related role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and storytelling.
  • Proven experience in content development for digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, online/digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement.
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creatives, events marketing, product management, and executive management.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for developing compelling brand narratives.
  • Highly organized and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledgeable in using content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
  • Experience in supervising or coordinating with creatives, designers, and external agencies is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SEO & SEM best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in ALVA Building C. Raymundo, Pasig City.

What will you do?

  1. Leads the development and creation of content for branding, advertising, and public relations across both online and offline marketing channels.
  2. Writes, edits, and proofreads marketing and advertising materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  3. Manages and updates the company website (www.amti.com.ph), including publishing news updates and blog articles.
  4. Oversees social media content strategy, scheduling, and paid ad placements to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  5. Helps create or develop impactful company presentations for internal and external use.
  6. Conducts research to identify relevant online forums, platforms, and communities for promoting the company’s solutions and brand presence.
