We are looking for a Credit & Collections Manager who will lead our team in managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments from clients. This role involves overseeing the collection of outstanding bills, reviewing accounts, and issuing invoices.
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required.
- Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Credit & Collection (corporate accounts, project progress billing, and government accounts).
- Collections & Receivables Management: Proven ability to manage aging receivables, follow up on overdue accounts, and implement effective collection strategies.
- Analytical & Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports, recommend actions to minimize credit risk and conduct credit evaluations.
- Compliance & Process Improvement: Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements and committed to improving credit and collection processes for efficiency and control, Proficient in ERP/Credit systems.
- Bad Debt Management: Monitoring provisions, write-offs, and recovery efforts.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partnering effectively with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, billing, and account reconciliation.
- Candidate must be willing to work in ALVA Business Centre, C. Raymundo Ave. Maybunga Pasig City.
