The Digital Marketing Supervisor plays a pivotal role in promoting the company's products and solutions through various digital channels. Additionally, understanding the company's target customers, brand messaging, and devising effective digital strategies is critical. Proficiency in managing social media advertisements, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM is essential. Beyond creating compelling digital marketing content, the incumbent must also evaluate and report on implemented strategies using specific metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
Education & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Skills & Expertise:
-Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
-Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to evaluate campaign performance.
-Experience in creating, executing, and optimizing social media content and ad strategies.
Soft Skills:
