The HR Generalist is primarily responsible for overseeing and maintaining 201 files and compensation and benefits of the employees.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development.
• Candidate must have 2-4 years of HR generalist experience, with hands-on exposure to employee record management, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Candidate must have a basic understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Candidate must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
• Candidate must be willing to work in ALVA Business Centre C. Raymundo Ave. Pasig City.
