The Network & Security Engineer is primarily responsible for providing technical services of PSG in support to post-sales requirements of the clients and acquiring the necessary skills-set to perform the job well.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Electronics Engineering.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Network.
• With certification on networking (CCNA or A+ Networking) is an advantage.
• Candidate must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
• Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Candidate must be honest, dedicated, and, willing to learn
• Can support extended work, willing to travel outside MM (for project deployment)
• Available 24x7 on-call onsite as needed
• Candidate must be willing to work in ALVA Business Centre, Pasig City.

What will you do?

-Cater technical skills to support all post-related IT projects.

-Provide best quality on-site service commitment to clients.

- Give technical support to client with 24x7, 8x5 or NBD Service Level Agreement (SLA)

- Ensure that every project has technical design, configuration and customer client information for filing and records purposes

- Support client technical inquiry on email or phone

- Operate preventive maintenance support to clients covered by Memorandum of Agreement

- Escalate recurring technical issues to the principal

- Assist junior technical engineers by sharing technical skills and working as one team

- Attend trainings and technical certification programs of the company to enhance technical skillsConduct technical training for projects as required

- Sell technical and maintenance services based on the technologies offered by PSG-ICT Solutions Department.
