CATEGORY: OPERATIONS
The Recruitment Associate is primarily responsible in end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- 1 year experienced in end-to-end recruitment process is an advantage.
- Goal oriented and can work under minimum supervision.
What will you do?
1. Post open positions/ requirements to available Job Portals.
2. Source candidates using available Job Portals and drawing up shortlisted candidates for hiring manager's interview.
3. Review and assess candidate's suitability for the required post.
4. Conduct virtual interviews.
5. Perform Background Checks.
6. Facilitate Job offer process and negotiate employment terms.
7. Manage onboarding and new hire process.
