  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
  • Candidate must be familiar with the End User Support Environment Task
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City.

 

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform People and Account Management
  • Monitoring of Attendance (Daily, Weekly & Monthly
  • Preparation and Submission of required Reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly or as needed)
  • Conduct Performance Review with Accounts (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually)
  • Submission and Approval of DTR/PAS
  • Submission of Summary of Attendance
  • Submission of COC (Certificate of Completion)
  • Submit requests for client operational requirements
  • Perform and Submit Employee Appraisals, Coaching, Mentoring and PIP
  • Transition Process for Resigned Employees
  • Perform Candidate Technical Interviews that is required by the account and check IKM Exam
  • Perform Internal Administrative requirement for direct reports (Salary Increase, Regularization, EOC, Loans, Benefits) to concerned team
  • Perform and Handle Short term projects
