We are looking for Shipping Associate who will be primarily responsible for the processing of documents for domestic and international shipments/deliveries.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration.
• Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year experience specialized in Shipping is an advantage.
• The candidate must possess excellent customer service and client relations skills.
• The candidate must be flexible, well- organized, and must have a strong work ethic.
• Candidate must be goal-oriented and can work under minimum supervision.
• The candidate must be willing to work in ALVA Bldg. C. Raymundo Ave. Pasig City.

What will you do?

1. Manages registration of all the serial numbers of units per shipment to NTC.
2. Handles issuance of OMB permits prior to delivery of products and the necessary recording of notary documents.
3. Distributes related documents/CRFs (domestic and international deliveries) to various departments.
4. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
