CATEGORY: OPERATIONS

We are looking for a Technical Canvasser who will be primarily responsible supplier sourcing, pricing quotes, contract negotiation, relationship management and canvassing cycle time of materials' quality, quantity, cost and delivery needs; and performs related duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor's/Degree in Engineering (ECE/COE) IT, Financial Management or related courses.
• No work experience required but experience specialized in Canvassing is an advantage.
• Candidate must demonstrate strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Candidate must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Candidate must be willing to work in ALVA Bldg, Pasig City.

What will you do?

1. Source suppliers and canvass for lower price quotations given the needed specifications.

a. Canvassing cycle time for consumables and hardware within 24 hours.

b. Canvassing cycle time for construction materials within 48 hours.

c. Canvassing cycle time for hard to find products (hardware and software) within 72 hours.

2. Build/manage relationship with suppliers and negotiate for better contract terms
