JOB CATEGORY: OPERATIONS
The Technical Recruiter/ Recruitment Associate is primarily responsible for dealing with various concerns linked to the employees, checks the background of applicants, finding new employees to occupy open technical positions, gathering requirements to be completed and administer orientation for new hires.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Technical recruitment experience is an advantage
- Candidate must be target driven and good at multitasking.
- Fresh graduates with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills will be considered
