AMTI proudly takes part in a defining moment for the country’s digital future with the launch of the VITRO (VSR) Data Center in Santa Rosa, Laguna—an advanced facility developed by VITRO, Inc., a subsidiary of ePLDT and the data center of PLDT group. Designed to be AI-ready and built at hyperscale, VSR ushers in a new era of infrastructure built to power the Philippines’ digital transformation journey.

The 50MW facility was officially inaugurated by Philippine President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and PLDT Chairman Manuel V. Pangilinan. With its capacity to host telecommunications providers, global cloud platforms, and large-scale enterprises, the VSR Data Center positions the Philippines as a rising digital and AI hub in the Asia-Pacific region. More than a technological milestone, it reflects the strength of Filipino innovation and a readiness to embrace the demands of the digital age. 

AMTI’s involvement in this landmark project—underscored by the presence of its President and CEO Mr. Allyxon T. Cua, alongside other key executives from AMTI and its partner, Dell Technologies—goes beyond technological contribution. It is a strong statement of commitment to purpose-driven innovation.
