JOB OVERVIEW

The Secretary is primarily responsible for providing direct administrative support to the Management/company's executives.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in BS Mathematics/ Financial Management/ Accounting Technology or any Business course.
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Candidate must be goal-oriented and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
